For projects requiring on-site installation, KAFA can coordinate an installation team or supervise a locally-sourced crew, confirmed at scoping.

We also hold IAS AC472 accreditation from the International Accreditation Service — an independent third-party verification that our production processes and engineering documentation meet defined benchmarks for metal building system manufacturers. Whether they satisfy the documentation requirements of a specific local building authority depends on that jurisdiction — we recommend confirming before finalising scope.

All structural design is carried out in-house by KAFA’s engineering team. We do not subcontract structural engineering to a third party. Our engineers use TEKLA Structures and AutoCAD for 3D structural modelling and drawing production. Load analysis — covering seismic, wind, soil bearing, equipment loads, and corrosion classification — is performed against confirmed site data before structural design is finalised.

Our certified monthly output is 2,000 MT of fabricated structural steel. Fabrication lead time for a confirmed order runs 20–30 days from design sign-off, depending on project scale and the production queue at the time of order. The production queue position is confirmed at scoping — we do not provide fabrication start dates that depend on an unconfirmed queue position. Lead time is stated in writing before production is committed.

KAFA manufactures pre-engineered steel buildings across nine structural applications: warehouses, workshop buildings, agricultural buildings, commercial buildings, airplane hangars, church and community buildings, industrial buildings, office buildings, and cold storage buildings. Our delivery model is optimised for projects from 500 m² upward — most of our industrial and logistics work falls between 1,000 m² and 10,000 m². Steel fabrication in Qingdao is completed in-house from raw steel processing through surface treatment and container packing — all structural components leave the facility ready for bolted assembly at destination.
